Shipping Policy

All shipping for anything except tiles is free when spending over £70

Underfloor heating items will be delivered next day by DPD (if ordered and paid for before 12.30pm)

Tiling materials are normally delivered next day when ordered before 1pm in South Devon but will be delivered on the next Tuesday or Thursday to North Devon. Deliveries are normally between 9.30am and 12.30pm and arrive on a 12 tonne sized truck with a tail lift and pallet truck. Please make sure you are able to accept this delivery as although the drivers are very helpful, officially its a curbside drop only so you will need to m,ake sure the items are secure and waterproof if required. As soon as the delivery has been made, you own the items and you are responsible for them. If you have any issues, please tell the diver and call Chris on 07942677077 

Tile deliveries will vary on times and cost and as we use different wholesalers there are various different policies. You will be notified of availability and delivery costs, terms and times with your quote. If you buy on this website the items should be in stock and will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days. Next day delivery is often available. 

Tiles will be delivered on a pallet by  a large truck with a tail lift. Please make sure you are able to accept the delivery and secure the tiles. As soon as the driver has dropped the tiles, you own them and are responsible for them.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please refer to our terms and conditions in checkout  for the legal returns and exchange policy.

Briefly, we accept all left over tiling materials (except tiles and ufh) with 100% money back if you can drop it to our head office Bremridge, South Molton, EX36 3RF or to nctiles in Plymouth.

If you are not able to get here, please call Chris to see if we can accomodate something else.

Underfloor heating has to be returned to our head office or Totness at the customer's cost for a full refund. We can arrange collection and this is likely to incur a charge of around £20. Returns must be within 30 days from delivery and if the goods are still in their original condition you will receive 100% of your purchase price back

Tile returns are generally accepted within 30 days and returned at the buyer's cost. Terms and conditions for tiling shipping and returns will be sent to you with the tiles quote.
